This is an English Parker 51 Mk1 Custom in black with a rolled gold cap. It's fitted with a 14k gold stub nib which has good line width variation - the horizontal line is around 0.6mm (medium) and the vertical line is around 1.1mm (extra broad)
This has been lightly used and has some surface marks to the cap which otherwise is ding free
In terms of dating, the cap has the Parker and RG (Rolled Gold) imprints and the earlier cage clutch and, with the lack of any barrel imprint, dates to the late 1950s or early 60s

We have fully serviced this pen which includes disassembling the pen, ultrasonically cleaning all the parts and fitting a new pliglass ink sac. We then reassemble the pen, check ink flow and the smoothness of the nib. We also check and adjust the tightness and positioning of the clip.
This is a Parker 51 with the aerometric filling system. The pen fills from an ink bottle and does not take cartridges
