This is an English 51 Classic in light burgundy with steel cap from the mid 1950s
This is showing no signs of having been used and is in excellent original condition. The barrel has a very crisp 'Parker Made in England' imprint. The cap retains its original factory frosting.
This is fitted with a 14k gold fine nib which produces a writing line of around 0.4mm
The dating of this pen to the mid 1950s is based on the cap having the later short clip along with the earlier cage clutch and the barrel imprint
This is an aerometric Parker 51. The pen fills from an ink bottle and does not take cartridges

We have fully serviced this pen which includes disassembling the pen, ultrasonically cleaning all the parts and fitting a new pliglass ink sac. We then reassemble the pen, check ink flow and the smoothness of the nib. We also check and adjust the tightness and positioning of the clip.
This pen comes with our normal 12 month warranty. We keep a detailed record of each customer's purchases so if you need to call us, we will have all the information here to answer any query
