This is an English Parker 51 Custom with rolled gold cap in black and is fitted with a fine14k gold nib which produces a writing line of around 0.4mm
Condition wise, this is a superb example and shows no signs of having been used
In terms of dating, this was probably manufactured 1962 as the cap imprint a simple 'Parker' without the '51' marking but has the later four prong clutch in the cap
This is an aerometric Parker 51. The pen fills from an ink bottle and does not take cartridges

We have fully serviced this pen which includes disassembling the pen, ultrasonically cleaning all the parts and fitting a new pliglass ink sac. We then reassemble the pen, check ink flow and the smoothness of the nib. We also check and adjust the tightness and positioning of the clip.
This pen comes with our normal 12 month warranty. We keep a detailed record of each customer's purchases so if you need to call us, we will have all the information here to answer any query
